Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 packs cream cheese, softened

  • 1.25 cups granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and flour gradually, beating until incorporated and smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Fold in sour cream until fluffy and well mixed. Pour filling over crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake for 75-90 minutes in the preheated oven until cheesecake is set with a slight jiggle in the middle.
  • Cool cheesecake in pan for at least 30 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Top cheesecake with cranberry sauce and sprinkle evenly with orange zest before serving.
