Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
0.5 cup butter, melted
0.25 cup granulated sugar
3 packs cream cheese, softened
1.25 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon orange zest
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and flour gradually, beating until incorporated and smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in sour cream until fluffy and well mixed. Pour filling over crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 75-90 minutes in the preheated oven until cheesecake is set with a slight jiggle in the middle.
- Cool cheesecake in pan for at least 30 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top cheesecake with cranberry sauce and sprinkle evenly with orange zest before serving.
