Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture, coating them evenly on both sides.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve the grilled salmon with lemon wedges on the side.
