Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture, coating them evenly on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled salmon with lemon wedges on the side.
